All Orders over the value of $30 will include free registered post shipping within Australia and New Zealand. Packages sent via registered mail can take between 3-6 working days to be delivered (depending on location). If you require your package quicker than this, express shipping is available at checkout. You have the option to pay $8 for express postage in Australia and $11 to New Zealand. Express post will mean you will receive your package faster however depending on location if this means overnight or not.
All efforts are made to post all orders within 24 hours of being received. You will receive an email and or text message with your tracking details once your order has been fulfilled.
If the products are not used and in re-sellable condition, 4Time is happy to refund or exchange. Please email us regarding your request at sales@4time.com.au. For exchanges we will have you mail the product back to us then we will ship you the preferred product. For returns we will issue a refund upon receiving the unused product.
